And beer! Lotsa lotsa beer!!

Hey kmslo, so what's there to do there if I bring my wife and possibly son? Is there a mall nearby where the ladies can hang out while we talk shop? She might not go but I need to explore options.

Also, I'm wondering if most of you guys are driving there in the morning for an afternoon meet or going there Fri night? I was thinking of going Sat morning and possibly stay over Sat night.

I'm in the same boat as you. I need to drop off the g/f somewhere b/c she learned her lesson on the first drive on Angelus Crest.

I'm trying to round up some Socal peeps to caravan up to SLO on Saturday morning. I also plan on staying over on Saturday night too.

Hey...this is cowtown....we have....well...cows, and feed stores!! No malls....however, we have a great downtown with fun shopping, eating creekside. You could drop gfs or wives off to shop and stroll, and I think they would enjoy it......

ECF....how old is your son? Great beaches and trails for hiking.....also, the downtown core has a lot for any age.......However.....this isn't the city......LA or SF!!

Depending on how many people stay over....maybe I'll cook up some appetizers, and for anyone interested, later in the afternoon back to my house for food and drink....and yeah....beer, lotsa beer!! But I have to warn you......I firmly believe that life is too short to drink cheap beer.....you know...something with the word "lite" in the name??

Here's a link for anyone interested http://visitslo.com/
