Hey Ken,
Basically, we'll meet in SLO around 11AM, go for a spirited drive and end up at Avila Beach for lunch at one of the beach-side restaurants there. Drive back past SLO to visit a winery or two to do wine tasting and hopefully get in a game or two of bocce ball. Drive back to SLO and check in the hotel. Have dinner, probably somewhere downtown SLO and probably do some bar hopping or whatever. Stay overnight (for those who are staying). Drive back Sun.
That's pretty much it in a nut shell.
