Thanks ezslim, please do sign your name though so we have a final count. Milton is only a 30 min drive from York University.~50 km's. Is that too far?

Hey guys, just to throw it out there. I really would like to make it to the meet as this will be my first one. I can only make it on the 4th or the 12th, maybe 11th due to my work. If possible, can we do something closer to Toronto since I live way up here under the snow belt, ha ha. Thanks for the feedback.......

just a thought too.........after this meet, we should get all the e60's in the area to attend the Bimmercruise this year. I think it would be dope if we all role in as a group and join all the other BMW owners. Below is the link for 2008, looks like a good but a long day.........

Hello folks

As we get closer I think its time to firm up some details and hopefully this will make the decision easier for those on the fence about attending the meet.

The date will be Saturday, April 04. We will meet at the Crawford Lake Conservation Area in Milton. It is located at the intersection of Guelph Line and Steeles Ave. Please see link below for a map to the location and GPS coordinates - very easy to get to. I will take care of the entrance fees.

Lets aim to meet at 11AM.

Proposed Itinerary

11:00 Arrive at Crawford Lake (Milton)
11:15-11:45 Tour Crawford Lake (on foot, e60s stay in the parking lot ) There is a glacial lake with a board walk around the entire lake and neat 14th Century Iroquian Village
11:45-12:45 Driving tour taking us around the escarpment with stops at Mountsberg and Rattlesnake Point (20km loop).
1:00-2:00 Lunch (location TBD, I will present some options in the vicinity)
2:00PM - Departure or tour other parks on your own - Your complimentary entrance pass will be good for several other conservation areas for the day - all within a 10KM radius.

How does that sound? Need a volunteer photographer, I tend to chop off heads

Families welcome but I will need numbers closer to the event to make lunch reservations and arrange for entrance passes.

This will be a pretty laid back, non intimidating meet (tis the Canadian way)!

Cheers to those who signed up - spread the word!
