I went last labor day and most of the clubs jacked admission up to $100. Along with that, the labor day crowds seem to put the girls on the defensive, well at least more than usual.
edit: oh I thought you were talking about vegas.....

Thanks, I pretty much went there every weekend on my motorcyle before turning it into a track bike. In any case, It would be an honor to lead the gang up there. Just PM me and we can arrange some good group formats and have a safety meet up before heading up. Angeles Crest is notorious for sucking drivers into the turns at a much higher speed than they really think they are. That is where the majority of accidents come from. For cars and bikes.
For first timers, it is good that they acknowledge this. As far as lunch, what about McNewcombs restaurant at the top? That is the Angeles Crest watering hole. Just a thought.
I hope everyone can make it out. For those who cannot, do not worry, I organize a couple of runs on the M5Board, but will begin posting here as well. We all family, and in the end, it would be fun to compare some M5s to some heavily modded 5 series. In a safe and cautious manner of course
