SOME UPDATES:
GRILLING:
There's a member on M5Board, John Noll, who lives in the area and has volunteered to do the grilling for us. He's going to use oak wood instead of charcoal so we should be in for a real treat with eating grilled foods done the proper way. I told John about this forum but not sure if he's registered on here yet. I do like to thank him in advance for helping us out.
DINNER:
I tried to get reservations at Thai Palace but their private room can only accommodate 32 people maximum and we have 37 people confirmed for dinner. I went ahead and made reservations at Thai Classic for their outside patio area. Most of you should be familiar with that place since we've been there the last two times. hahaha
I'm actually also looking at Novo Restaurant (http://www.novorestaurant.com/cm/Home.html) that mikracer suggested but it'll most likely be more expensive with less variety since we'd have to order from a fixed menu. I would also have to sign a contract and guarantee the headcount. I think we'll just stick with Thai Classic.

Eric, there's a sand volleyball court right near our picnic area. Tennis courts too. You can always bring a football, frisbee..etc...
John, more beer is always good but some of the models you take pics of would be better.
