Just call the hotel and see if they can still honor the e60.net group code. I think we reserved 15 rooms and probably only 11 or so of them were actually booked. The single king beds are all taken but last I called there were still 2 queen bed rooms.

 

I just emailed the Sales Manager to see if she can give us another room for Sat. I was able to get one on Tue for another member but they did say they were close to selling out. Fingers crossed. Can you PM me your email so I can loop you in with her for you to provide credit card info if they do have another room?

 

Did I miss the caravan meeting spot and time posted somewhere?

 

Don't think anyone posted that info yet. Maybe you can start the thread and perhaps use the same meeting point you guys used last time.

Brianna at the desk right now said the manager is willing to approve any rooms booked today and ONLY today.


Call now and book. TODAY IS THE ABSOLUTE LAST DAY!! No mention of "selling out" though.
