Okay guys, I've executed the contracts for the hotel as well as the park area for the BBQ so this meet is OFFICIAL!
For those that plan on staying over Sat night, please call the hotel at 805-786-4200 and book your room ASAP. Please reference group code E60.net. I have a block of 10 rooms with 1 king and 5 rooms with two queens. The rate again is $145 a night with breakfast for two included.
THE DEADLINE TO BOOK IS FEB 26TH.
Also the sooner you book the easier it'll be for me to see if we need additional rooms added to the group.
