Looks like we'll be staying at the Courtyard again. I got the rate down to $179 from $199 but it won't include the 2 breakfast buffet vouchers. I think this is fine since people can just pay for their own breakfast (I think it's $10) if they want to eat there and if they don't then they're saving $20.
I'm going to ask for the group bookings contract and start with 15 rooms.
