Guys, see the important update below. I also got the Admin to edit my initial post on this thread (thanks Mark!).
HOTEL INFO:
Like the last meet in SLO, this will be an overnighter and I've worked with the Courtyard in SLO to give us a group rate of $179 for that Sat night (their normal rate is $229). This is for a room with 1 king. Unfortunately they are sold out of rooms with 2 queens. I currently have a block of 15 rooms reserved and we need to get them booked before Oct 31st or we will lose the discounted rate. If all 15 are booked fairly quickly, I can see if we can get more rooms but I understand it's their peak season so they're running low on rooms. We'll most likely meet at this shopping center off Bernal Rd and 101 in South San Jose. That's where we've met on the last couple of SLO trips as well as Bimmerfest. I'll start a separate NorCal caravan thread as we get closer to the date.

i'm assuming everyone is only stayin' the night of the15th, correct?
also, i tried to call and reserve my suite but they couldn't find it. Do i need to mention a special "code" or is it listed under your name? i gave them mine, after multiple spellings....to no avail. kindly advise.
