I can make a drive to the mall tomorrow to see if there's any stores, etc that are closed down and won't have anyone parking in their lots.

Hold on a second, you guys obviously do not know anything about malls!
Let the girl paint this picture for you, there is no store that is closed by sawgrass, it's a very busy area around there. We have two options:
1. meet in front of VF Outlet, that's where I always park because it does not generate volume until after noon, they have a huge parking lot, or
2. Meet in front of Bahama Breeze (Karl that is a great idea!)
No need to drive to the mall, all stores open at 10am, parking lot gets busy around 11am; however, VF Outlet has tacky stuff so not many folks go thru there untill the other entrances get filled!
Make your selection: #1, #2, or #3???
