Yah, but I work in Aliso Viejo, and live in Irvine. If my memory serves me correctly, it still takes about 20 minutes to go from Irvine to Westminster -- without traffic.
During the evenings, around traffic hour, 405N is pretty ugly. So I can't imagine it being a 20 min drive. There are sections that clog for no apparent reason :thumbsdown:
