Looking forward to meet you guys tomorrow. Please be very careful on I-80W, this the weekend of the end of the month, NJ State troopers are most likely out there to meet their "goals" for the month. I got pulled over one time going 78 MPH at this same time of the month. So going 80mph is still a little risky.
Also, as the OP stated, the twisties in the Poconos is quite challenging (never been to the NJ twisties), if you push the car over the limit, it is going to be unforgiving. Blind corners, elevation changes and sometimes deers... brake early and keep a safe distance between your car and the car in front of you. Be safe and always respect the car and the road.
Looking forward for good times tomorrow.

Yes, when I tested out the route in May, I saw dozens of people getting pulled over (it was a Sat morning at the end of May).
I will keep the speed on I80 to 75 and expect folks in the carvan to respect that. We don't want the meet ruined by multiple tickets. There will be plenty of opportunity to have fun in the sticks.
You are correct about he twisties. Snow Hill Road in particular can be very dangerous. It is wild -- blind curves, off camber turns, you name it. If you lose it, you will hit a tree.

I will have to bail. Took a spill tonight mountain biking so I'll be taking it easy for a few days.
