hello everyone my name is Albert 
I'm from a few other forums (E46 fanatics mainly). My friend Chris and myself are organizing a meet for the same day (april 7th) at the Bella Terra in HB. Its a charity car show for Invisible Children. If any of you fellow BMW junkies are interested in showing some support, please feel free to attend! there's already a small crew of cars going to bella terra at 9AM for the meet, then rolling to wheel power at noon!

Unfortunately I will not be able to make it. A few weeks ago I ordered new tires and wheels hoping that they would arrive and be installed by the meet date. Unfortunately I found out a few days ago that the wheels are on backorder and won't be here for a couple of more weeks. I can't attend with my current runflat tires because they have holes in them (see pictures). They still hold air and do not leak, so I do drive on them still to get to work and back, but I do not feel comfortable driving on them for long distances, at high speeds, or during aggressive driving etc.........and a meet would include all of those things. So I guess I'll hopefully see you guys at the next meet.
Here are some pictures that I took of one of the tires a while back. I was initially going to wait a few more months before getting new wheels and tires, but seeing the holes in the tires made me order them sooner. I am sure the holes are worse now then they were when I took the pictures since it has been at least a month or two since I took those pictures.

The good news.........albeit a bit pricey......new wheels and tires!!
Be careful driving on those tires..........at least they're runflats....
