Just a thought maybe we can have a card with our member ID put in front of the dashboard so we know which car belongs to who as we have been chatting with each other on the forum.....

HOLY COW!
I wrote up a whole bunch of detailed directions- 3 WORD DOC PAGES
We will do a rout of about 97 Miles starting from Palisades Mall. Ensure you have a full tank of gas! There will be very limited opportunities to fill up. Last year, we had 50 cars (maybe 40) that tried to gas up at a Sunoco. It took over 1 hr.

We should all try to do this, simple MS Word print out would do, but I'm sure some will get fancy lol

No fancy ones needed. Maybe just ask the members who attending printed their ID on the A4 paper then put on the front dashboard facing out the front windshield. We just need to do this when we have all our cars parked at the Palisades Center parking lot.

We actually had name badges made up at the meet I organized last year in May, on Long Island. Member, 5er Sport, made them. I think I still have mine lying around. For those that were at this meet, you should bring them. That would help.
Good idea, Kevin!

You're the best. What else can I say.
Both my 11 year old son (Victor) and I am looking forward to meeting all of you on Saturday.
