Has any one made a Route Plan yet? With this many cars attending, this could be a major clusterf**k if everyone doesn't know where we will be heading on the drives.

UPDATE:
I wanted to let everyone know about lunch for Saturday. I have spoken to management at Torches (http://www.torchesonthehudson.com/). For those that remember this place from the last meet, it's a great place. Aside from it being right on the water and beautiful, their parking lots are ideal for accomodating all of us. They also have a great deck that overlooks the water and can accomodate all of us.
That said, here's what I was able to arrange:
Parking:
They are going to close off the entire parking lot for our cars. This lot will remained closed until I arrive and speak with the manager myself, who will then open it up for all of us. This is the lot on the OPPOSITE side from which we parked in last time. This lot is actually bigger than the lot we were in, in September
. This lot will accomodate all of us. Should 100 members actually attend (which I highly doubt), the overflow can park in their other lot, which is where we parked in September.
Seating:
The manager was kind enough to block off the deck for us on Saturday, so we can sit outside, enjoy the nice weather and keep an eye on our cars (although it's so nice up there, there's nothing to worry about with our cars). Should the weather not cooperate for some ungodly reason, we will sit inside at the bar, again like in September.
Food:
Instead of doing a fixed price menu this time, I opted for a la carte. This way, everyone can order what they want, when they want. It might be a little slower in terms of service, as 70 orders going in at one time will flood the kitchen, but I figured it was easier for us, and make the restaurant more money.
I'll have the Route Map printed for each person on the day of the meet. I'll pass these out at the Palisades Mall, the morning of. I'll also have contact phone numbers too, on this printout.
However, if you have those walkie-talkies that I mentioned on my first post on this thread, I strongly suggest bringing them. I won't be able to constantly answer my cell if you get lost or left behind, so walkie-talkies are the best.
See everyone on Saturday!

C - First of all, as always THANK YOU for doing all the organizing and planning stuff. As a suggestion for ordering food, if we can pre-order what we want for lunch, maybe it can speed things up a little for the kitchen. Just a thought.
