People will bail last minute. Always happens. You'll see the sorry I cant make it posts start around a day or 2 before. My guess is 75% of the list will show, the rest will flake half of which wont even say anything.

Yep. The biggest repeat offender is C. He always signs up for our NorCal meets and never shows. No phone call, nothing. He'll probably bail on this meet too.
