Here is my absolute bottom line on this and any other "pride" subject. I am hispanic, but DO NOT call me anything but an American, I fought and bled for that respect, and though my parents were born elsewhere I am first and foremost an American - and proud to be that.
There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag, which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization, just as much as it excludes any foreign flag of a nation to which we are hostile ... Not trying to start anything, pride in heritage is fine (yes, Craig even when you're white). I just get tired of all the PC morons who say I am proud to be this or proud to be that. Most of the people I meet here in LA who say "I'm proud to be Mexican" I ask simply "are you now or have you ever been a citizen of Mexico? No? Then you're not Mexican, you're American, your heritage is Mexican - that's different."

Titanium Silver Metallic, Black Dakota Leather, Dark Poplar Trim, Steptronic, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Bluetooth, Adaptive Control Xenons. 10/30/07 Added OEM 124s with 245/40/18 & 275/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires. Hey Calvin, how about a "Proud to be Homo-Sapien - as opposed to a 3 toed sloth" banner? That might work, can't possibly offend anyone (except maybe 3 toed sloths, and I don't think they have E60's anyway)
