lol call of duty 4 is the shit! i was level 10 prestige 55.. INSANE at that game.. had to get rid of the box though.. too much bitching from the gf (you're always on xbox, you never listen to me when im talking to you while youre playing etc etc LoL)
a few tips.. either the P90 with silencer and stopping power + whatever other perks, or my personal fav. M4 Carbine with red dot, stopping power, deep impact
get good with that and you'll run it! LoL

.. i like the p90.. but my shit is the mp5 (red tiger of course) double tap 3 frags and mardedom....
