It was obvious she was on drugs. She needs intervention. And where is the so called neutral press on the issue of freedom of speech? She should be blasted into orbit by a free press. Councils have the ability to sanction a fellow council person for inappropriate behavior. Why no balls? Why no legal opinion that speakers have the absolute right to mention council members by name?
Her attitude is one reason public "servants" are so disrespected by the electorate. She is no public servant.

This example of how governing bodies and individuals on those governing bodies is not an anomaly. If you've never attended public meetings where controversial issues were raised you're in for a treat. Las Vegas isn't the only place to see stand-up comedy ... New York City isn't the only bug-infested place in the US!
You get what you elect ... be part of the solution or you certainly will be part of the problem.
