I don't know if anything went on in the new thread but do you remember the thread a while back with super harsh, detailed criticism by a member of E92lighting's customer service that he ignored and ignored and ignored?

Yes I posted that, it's funny how people bash on him and he still posting here. Heard he was known in the E92 but dam he's a shitty ass service guy in this thread though, got no balls to apologize or even say his part of the story.
