How I wish Italy could win it again. But with an arrogant coach who insists on sticking with players from yesteryear, I don't think we have much of a chance. Incredible that Balotelli, Cassano, Micoli are being left behind (granted they are a little weird as well).
IMHO, it's probably going to be Brazil or Spain. England should go far but I don't think they can win it. Argentina have a retarded coach as does France.
BTW the highest paying coach, I believe is Jose Mourinho (non-national team).

Capello reportedly makes 5.5m GBP (roughly $8m) in base salary, presumably before bonuses etc. Mourinho reportedly makes around 9m Euro (roughly $11.5m) in base at Inter.

No doubt - they raised hell when they beat Germany last time. And I thought it was bad enough when England got eliminated. It was so bad when I went out with some friends the weekend before the final vs. France, we couldn't get a table at an Italian restaurant because one of the girls I was with was sporting a Zidane jersey.
Italia for the repeat!!!!

I for one can't stand Materazzi. A third class person with a gutter mentality. Although I was 200% against France, I really felt bad for Zidane. He was such a classy player. Messi, Christiano Ronaldo, etc are kids in front of him.
