Thanks to you and everyone else for the nice comments!!

When i take 2 it makes me really itchy too!! Im sticking to one 750mg.

I dont want to drink any alcohol right now because of the stitches and trying to avoid any dry sockets. Im being extra careful....applesauce and mashed potatoes for the next 3 days is going to suck. Besides that i get to drink chicken broth and protein shakes

I dont smoke anything anymore!! After the horror stories ive heard about dry sockets im staying away from everything that could cause it. Thanks for the salt water tip, will try that when i get sick of chicken broth!! The doctor gave me ibprofen (spelling, whatever) as my anti-flammatory!!

Thanks for all the tips, my face is feeling better today. Just a little sore!! Hopefully it will be back to normal by tomorrow, i've got to be ready for the laker game!!!
Glad to hear that you are on the mend Brett. Just take it easy and you'll be as good as new in no time.

I hated the itchness of the Vicodin so much that as soon as I was released from the hospital last year 5 days post-surgery, I never took another pain pill again.

Sounds like you've got your boyfriend well-trained.

Glad to hear that you're much better.

oh nice.. wow.. i would have love to see that... impacted k-9's can be messy! only thing i would hate was when after they extracted the tooth the dr would hand it to me.. i would have to turn around and get a cup, lol, id tell him hold on, lololol, put it in the cup! not much skeeves me out but touching teeth that have been extracted does the trick... anyway. just thought i would share that

There is something about that, especially when they're yours! Does that handicap you as the tooth fairy?

Skeeves though, that's an interesting expression, and one I've never heard. I'd go look it up but I seem to have misplaced my Britannica.....

Hmmm. Had to look up the new word: SKEEVES: makes me feel creepy all over, grosses me out, skeeves me out.
This place is so filthy it gives me the skeeves.

Thanks for the lesson!
