slowly but surely im learning... i did take a little over a month off to spend time with the baby.. the fmla... family leave act for bonding..you also get some compensation abouut 60% of your salary.. kinda got an update at work on things are without me... and looks like they are having a hard time.. especially now this is flu season.. and its a busy time of year ind emergency.. anyways.. nice to take that time off....
