If, while taking your driver's test, you do the following, you're probably not guaranteed to pass...

I agree, how on earth no one was killed is unbelievable.But if you are going to fail, it doesn't get much better than that!
ps. If Iceman was the driving instructor, he would have already failed the driver... he had his fogs on during the day
