I guess the hand at the top indicates the power reserve? What is the function of the "on-off" dial? Just curious--I've never seen one of these up close.

My Ride: 2005 530i.....nothing special other than it's the best car in the world.
The top hand is the "eco-drive" charge meter. BTW, it is the Citizen Calibre 2100 (my opinion, the best looking sub $1,000 available)
The on-off is for the alarm function.
