We have a winner with kscarroll. I have a similar Timex (bought at a store on base for 28, USD, ksc. That watch stays with my radio controlled clocks as well as any watch would be expected to.

Since my lady gave me the Swiss Army, I have relegated the Timex to my gun box for timed events. The reason that kscarroll is my winner is because he has his priorities on his wheels.
JDN,

I will have to relinquish my prize as my lovely wife has given me a new Breitling Navitimer. I must say it is a great watch, but I still wear the Timex on weekends lest I bang/scratch up the fancy new one!

Hi everybody!

I'm new to the forum, but I've read a lot here. I'm a proud owner of one 525-04 and one 318ti (my favorite).

No disrespect but, keep away from Timex and Seikos please! They're not BMW-class. Rolex, IWC, Omega, Jaeger and Pateks and such are ok, don't fall below that.

Peace

My Rolie everyday beater for Afghanistan and my dive watch on vacations (I hate the date bubbles and they were all out of the sea dweller which I'm getting soon!)...the breitling (emergency mission black face and leather band) stays in its case unless I'm flying or go outside the wire. Its amazing, they WILL FIND YOU if you pull the transmitter. Finally a watch that can save your ass!

I like my watches. I have -

- Rolex Cellini large dial (Quartz)
- 2 X Rolex Submariner 50th Anniversary (green bezel version - just picked up another one as I got lucky)
- Rolex Cosmograph Daytona (steel with white face)
- Piaget (not sure which model as got it as a present from the inlaws - its quite old)
- Cartier Tank Basculante
- Cartier Tank American
- Jaeger le Coultre Grand Reverso
- Baume & Mercier of some sort
- Breitling Bentley GT (black face)

Wife has -

- Cartier Tank Basculante
- Chopard Happy Diamond Oval
- Bvlgari traditional heavy face
- Cartier Tank Francaise

There are others as well. We are watch crazy and a touch stupid - could have been driving an M5 by now.
