I'm proud of the way our guys played, our players gave the Canadians everything they got.
Do you realize that a third of team Canada will probably be future Hall of Famers (Crosby, Brodeur, Niedermayer, Pronger, Staal, Marleau, Iginla ...)?

Great game for sure... 
I said before the game that if the USA can't pull off a win, then I hoped that Crosby would somehow be responsible for Canada's victory. I guess my "plan B" came true...
Sid really is a great role model for our youth (you could say he passed up Tiger Woods as one of the top ones these days
) and I feel lucky to have such an all around good guy playing here in Pittsburgh. 
I hope the NHL (and hockey in general) gained some new fans tonight not only across North America but across the globe as well!

A good result for us.
We stayed #2 in Gold medals AND in the overall count.
If the US would have won, we would have lost the #2 rank in Gold medals, because we would have been tied and then the US would be on top because of the overall count.
However, a GREAT game to watch. Wa real fun!!!
Congrats to both teams!
