I believe it is a Can-Am Spider . . . . the web on the front cowl gave it away.

Can-am, I believe, is a branch of Bombadier, which also makes ATVs and Snowmobiles. Seadoo is also a branch of that company, I have the RXP-X. Fast as hell! 0-50 in 2.9
