Yes, it certainly has....a positive one at that. Before the ruling, the states that allowed in-state wineries to ship within the state the power to reject any out of state shipments. After the ruling, those states now have to revise their laws so that either all wineries in the USA can ship or none at all (including in-state).....now for the states that didn't even allow the in-state wineries to ship wine, they are safe because they never allowed any wine shipments at all. There are about 8 or so states we cannot ship to regardless of a 100% positive ruling by the supreme court but hey there still are 42 states we can mess around with
