Don't dismiss it so easily...with the proper bodykit, rims and mods that wing can find it's place and give the final race look...but not on the E60. That cellica is not moded enough to give a full and complete race look. Surley there are other cellicas out there that have similar wings and look very very agressive and complete also with good taste. Of course your grandpa wouldn't like or drive that.

But in comparison to the 1st pic I think the GT rear wing is somewhat conservative.
I get your point about the race look, but .... does a 1800cc car really need all that downforce?
Still, I bet that there is no HINT of oversteer.

I've always had a bit of a soft spot for the celica and a little while ago I thought about swapping my e60 for 2 cars - something sensible for my wife and something fun for me - and the celica is a fair bit of fun for the money (my other choice was a honda civic type R) - I'm not sure I understand the whole 'ricer' thing - to me if it's a good car - it's a good car and things like the Skyline, Evo, WRX STI are great cars.
Still sense prevailed and I'm still swapping my e60, but for a brand new 330i m-sport. I wanted something new with a full warranty and a manual gearbox. E60 would have been more and a manual would have been harder to sell - so 330i it is.
