I don't know if it is possible for you to get a normal Dutch mortgage but 5,4 is rather high and anuity??? That mortgageform is from the stone age..
Yeah, correct on the annuity, but suits my needs: Have a normal Dutch mortgage
without the tax rebate..> bruto = netto :'(

Is 5.4% high? 15 years fixed at 5.4%..is what I mean not the duration of the loan..

I mean, 1 year fixed is 3.3-3.5%, 5 years fixed around 4.9% and 10 years 5.2%..

Is therefore 15 years fixed at 5.4% not a good deal..... :'(

Where's my M16 ? paying my bank a visit in the morning

Depends on how big your mortgage is compared to the value of your house.

I can offer 5 years fixed for 4,3% and 10 years for 5,15% that's for an 125% execution value mortgage.

If you have only financed 75% of the execution value of your house 5 years will be 4,10% and 10 years 4,95% but these are not anuities.

At the moment the rates are getting higher and higher. Last year you could have taken of another 0,5%.

My own mortgage rate is 10 years for 4,05% wich I started last year..
