If you were to change your car now or in the near future, what would (or could) be your next ride?
Think it rationally, so no dream cars, but the ones that you could afford...

My next car could be the Mercedes-Benz C-class, Audi A5 coupe or maybe the 3-series coupe.
If I had the money, the new 5-series or the new Audi A5 sportback.

Provided there are no major bumps in the road in my law practice, the F10 M5. If more budget conscious, the F10 550 with a killer tune (I am guessing that tuners will be able to tweak the F10 550's motor up to about 500 bhp if they increase the turbo boost).

No plans currently to change, but some cars (in random order) that I'd consider if I were to change:

- Ford Mondeo 2.3 Automatic 5-door (hatchback)
- Newer E60 or E61. Either a 550i or a 535d.
- Volkswagen Scirocco
- Golf GTi Mk.5
- 2001-2006 MB SL55 AMG (don't like the changes the made in the last year or two, especially with the grille)
- 635d or 650i
- Jaguar XF

Currently MB and Audi don't make any new cars that I like. Well, apart from the Audi R8.

That Mondeo surprises me! Why not though, but it would have to be an awd for me. I don't want a fwd anymore.

Surprises me too I hate FWD cars and would never have one as long as I drive the way I do now (pretty aggressively in terms of throttle being 0% or 100% ). The three FWD cars in that list are assuming I manage to cool down and drive much slower so that the problems FWD cars have wouldn't come up (torque steer for example). Every time I do change car though, the FWD cars get squeezed out and I buy something RWD or AWD with plenty of BHP . One day I'll grow up.

Yes, I remember your thread! Congratulations!
I'm sure it is a great ride. Have you already got it?

I am considering a porsche cayman S. I have even considered putting my car on lease trader, but I wont. It is fuel pump frustrations.

My next car will very likely be either a cayman S or an M3.
