That's just awesome. Honda has broadcast some excellent ads over the years (and the UK ads are way better than the ones they show in the US) and to attempt a live commercial like this takes some balls.

Reminds me of the old "Cog" ad that Honda ran when the last Accord was introduced. Also, I can't forget the ad they did with the choir doing all those sound effects.
(I have both of them saved to disk somewhere if anyone needs to see them again...)
