WHAT IS THIS?

k, this is not a BMW but definitely a "NIGHTMARE" related. I was cruising on the freeway today and spot this car, Lexus logo on front, and Lexus Logo with Lexus lettering & 300 + Hybrid marking on the rear.
Usually I am good with identifying cars but this one kinda gets me. I mean it looks like some kind of Japanese or American model, but those rear lights looks like Mercedes... Totally weird.
Can anyone tell what this really is?

Whatever it is, the designer needs putting out of his misery. Urrrrggg. That C pillar is a total mess, the slashes above the wheels are awful. It can't decide if it's a hatchback or a sedan. The front window looks about 4 inches taller than the back one. It looks like a bad cut-n-shut.

That reminds me of a Toyota Solara convertible i saw a few months ago. Rebadged a Lexus SC...made me do a double take...wish i had my camera with me. I sure it wasn't the guys intention but really made me laugh

its the body of a toyota prius.. my mother drives a city car....hybrid.. says "eat my voltage" on the back.. id spot those suckers anywhere
