Hello everybody,
Haven't checked in a while and wanted to see how everybody's doing. I had a pretty crappy start to February; came down with the flu and then an upper respiratory infection. I really thought I was going to have to cancel my vacation to Jamaica, which was set for February 25, until four days before the trip my doctor prescribed a Zpack and things quickly dissolved in a matter of days and I was able to actually have fun in Montego Bay, save for a really bad sunburn on the first day, mostly due to the antibiotics.
Toto' had a great time and he got to meet Ben Vereen on the flight back. I might post some pictures of Toto' on vacation.
Today I received the devastating news that a former colleague of mine succumbed to cancer only five days ago at the young age of 47. This motivates me even more for my second 100-mile bicycle ride against cancer on June 10.
If anybody would like to make a small contribution and support me and the fight against cancer it would be greatly appreciated. Please PM me and I'll send you the link.
The E60 is going stronger than ever, and so far, seven months out of warranty, it has not required a single penny in repairs (I hope I did not just jinx myself). The E93 has been fantastic and we were able to drive around topless throughout various times in the winter; the winter that never was. The only real snowstorm we had, we were in Jamaica and we missed it.
I hope this finds everyone well and in good spirits.
Joe

I was sick as a dog with allergies and sinus problems back in February as well. And, like you, A Zpack got me rite back to normal! I'm glad you were able to still enjoy yourself on your vacation, and yes- Definitely post some pics!
