Yeah, I'm bringing sand to the beach. I'm going with my girlfriend and another couple. I can look but not touch (what fun is that?)

In Miami that is WAY more fun than you think, it puts LA to shame - TRUST ME!!!!! Just try to get some alone time so you and your g/f don't argue too much

P.S. work out those neck muscles so you don't get whiplash

Several of my best friends live in Miami, Lauderdale, and Boca. They always show me a good time. If you want some specific info, PM me and I'll hook you up with them. Hot clubs come and go, so what was the PTB there when I was last in town (December) may no longer be de rigeur.

If you're going to be in Little Havana, make sure you stop and dine at Versaille,
http://www.yelp.com/biz/little-havan...nt-north-miami on Calle Ocho.
The service can be slow at times, but the food's worth it IMO.

They also have a bakery and coffee shop which has a great
assortment of pastries, empanadas and croquetas.

bigwill,

I have lived in Ft. Lauderdale/Miami the last 13 years. All good suggestions so far... clubs are tough to get into... hands down. VIP will guarantee entrance and guarantee mad loot as well. There is a LOT of fun to be had without clubs. PM me with your interests and I will give you some suggestions. If I am free, I might be able to meet you for a drink. All that being said... after dinner... I would start with a slush at Wet Willies (Ocean Drive between 7th & 8th St.) and then let the night go from there. It is a plastic, dingy, dirty, place with strong drinks and a great view of the strip that is famous among locals and celebrities that enjoy a strong drink. The Clevelander and Mangos are always great places on the strip that are free with good music/dancing. The best late night/drunk food is a slice or two from Pizza Rustica on 9th and Washington, hands down the best/most popular after club food on the whole beach, and maybe the best gourmet pizza you ever had in your life. The best local, unknown, free entrance without restrictions, club/lounge on the beach is "Purdy's Lounge". You won't pop bottles and models here, but you will hang out with the "locals in the know". No cover, no dress code, open late late, crowded, dark, couches... Have fun bro and PM me if you want more info.

CLUBS: Mansion, SPACE, Liv (very nice, expensive, NEW, and the Eden Roc hotel I think!), I tend to go to Voyage on saturdays. Nikki beach on Sundays!

Beaches: When you go to South Beach, go to to 1st ST, you can actually get some drinks at Nikki and then walk back to the beach.

Restaurants: Aero Squadron (by Miami International Airport. Amazing restaurant). Cuban Food: La Carreta, Mojito's (in Dolphin Mall which you have to visit btw) Bongo's (Very good on saturdays they turn it into a nightclub at night on saturdays Highly Recommended). Texas De Brazil (Steak Buffet in Dolphin Mall---AMAZING!!!!!)

Try to visit Dolphin Mall (I work at the BOSE store btw name's Manny), Dadeland Mall, The Falls, MCP Racing (http://mcpracing.com/).

[b]IF YOU NEED ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR OR HAVE ANY QUESTIONS SEND ME A PM!!!!!!![/b ]
