What I usually tell people is to do the RIGHT hardware before going with a tune. With that said, most manufacturers will have tunes that compliment their products. We all know not all products perform the same. I mean look at the AFE intake. CAn you use an AFE intake with a tune like RPi/PC? No, you actually might lose even more power with the AFE with our tune. So, a word of advice. DO the right mods, then top it off with a tune. With hardware changes, you wont have to worry about the dealership updating or changing programs. Todd's car is beastly and has no tune.

On an off note, was that the lotus that was supposed to dyno with us today????

the flames were even sicker in real life. but i agree, you must go with the right stuff before tuning. I regret getting the JB3, had I known i would have gone with powerchip.....

The lotus never commited to dynoing.
