Although it's a German website reporting it, the video of the incident itself is all in English (after a 10 second German intro). The end is all about how it's gone viral.

the police man was unnecessarily blunt and straightforward; but sometimes thats the only way to get shit across.

Unfortunately to Deutschland and Austria and all other german speaking countries our law enforcement now all look like jackasses

Far too kind and gentle ... the cop should have tasered the scumbag!

That'll teach them foreigners how to behave when they're here ...

I think the LEO was unnecessary rude:
1. "German-Boy"
2. "ass hurts for months"
3. "You will be violated".
Just write the damn ticket. Lectures is what you get from your parents and they do not even ause those words (I hope).

But the german should have stated he was thinking that the speed limit was 110 KM/H and he was driving 98 KM/H. (switching miles for KH)
Got me of the hook once in Calif ;-)

Nothing to worry about.

I've met some policemen in EU and they're equally rude sometimes.

The cop was inmature and completely unprofessional. A good example of behavior that gives cops a bad name. He had a job to do. Too bad he didn't do it.
