the funny thing is 12 hours will be amazing...try waiting 2 weeks.

This is funny because this goes back to one of Dranged posts in a previous thread where he said anything the government gets involved in isnt successful. Why will healthcare be any different? Our country currently has the largest debt in its history and it doesnt show signs of slowing. Our unemployment rate is through the roof. Yet our government just keeps printing and devaluing our dollar.

 

In cities, you know where people actually live, it normally takes 2 weeks or more to get an appointment.

 

Sorry to hear about your son......and instead of getting into a tit for tat that gets us nowhere, lets talk solutions (that also gets us nowhere but what the hell); because you are dealing with your son's diabetes, you know that this will be a life long struggle for him, and if left uncontrolled it will lead to a whole crap load of other problems...VERY EXPENSIVE problems. So, I think diabetes treatment should be covered 100% no matter the insurance company, much like windshield replacement has no deductible. In addition, you should be able to save the ~$300 in a tax free health saving account (HSA) for his future medical expenses.
