Hi All:
My recovery is progressing very well. The drugs, which I dispensed with ASAP kept nauseated and still are in my system. So, I have been doing as little detail work as possible--including computing. But, I'll be making a gradual comeback. I had enought trouble just keeping up with my emai.
And, thanks much to any that I have not acknowledged before.
Best,
Z

Good to see you made it through - the new hip should make you faster

All the best Znod, glad to hear you're recovering.
My mother-in-law had the same operation 3 years ago, now she can join us for walks and trekking whenever we visit her...

Hmmm, does this also make you lighter? I know you stress lightening up as a way to better 1/4 mile times, but isn't this just a little extreme
