I'm now down close to 25lbs. in 3-4 months. Getting closer and closer to my target of 170 (pre-marriage, pre-fat weight).

Just got back from a nasty workout and a little buzz is in order...

Yeah, the beer is a killer...I try to stick to Vodka + diet coke or diet Monsters, etc.

why does marriage add fat to people..?? seriously? you think its cause you get comfy, lazy and eat out more. maybe dont watch as much? i mean i never did that.. ever! i never slack when it comes to that, but i see it happen. i also see the weight come off when people get out of relationships.. or divorce.. they lose weight, change their look. etc..

p.s congrads to losing the weight guys. i bet your wives/g.f's are happy even if there not telling you and i bet you feel a whole lot better

My wife prefers me husky than lean or thin.

Marriage added fat to me because I quite eating 6 small meals a day, stopped going to the gym every day and started eating more and more "junk" food...candies, chips, etc. Things I rarely ever touched pre-marriage.

I do it now for my health (1) and to feel a lighter on my feet (2).

I'm with you on this, Mel. However, I also understand it's difficult to find time to exercise especially when you have to bus the kids to and from various activities.

Congrats to you, Armando. Keep it up
