I know this is off topic but I just needed to have a rant and get it off my chest.

Went to get my car after work in the office car park. Realised that my front bumper was out of place. Gaps between bumper and lights. Looking closely paint chipped off and dent found in bumper. Obviously someone reversed into my car.

No note to apolgise. I just can't believe there are no considerate people around. Just imagine how mad if it was their car. Hope person damages his/her car soon as payback for the inconvenience and damage they have caused.

Sorry about this but just share my anger.

Hey, I don't blame you for being angry. I got rear ended with my car today and nearly strangled the woman who did it. I'm still driving my 99 Passat since my 530i just reached the states today and am awaiting its processing.

However, I just got my VW in tip-top shape for sale, placed the ad in the papers and got all kinds of issues in perfect shape just to sell it starting this weekend, and she plastered the rear end of it in normal traffic conditions

I guess I'm just fortunate it isn't my 530 that got it and it's the one on the way out, but I hate it when you've got a deadline and someone screws it all up!!!!!! <_<

Have calmed down a bit today, getting the bumper realigned and the chipped area touched up next week. Hopefully won't cost too much.

That is just wrong. Insurance will pay for it, why run and hide? Doubt you will, but I hope you catch the bastard!

If this person regularly parks in your car park, a quick walking tour should reveal the offending auto. Don't forget, their car got damaged also. Look for your color paint. Good luck. The real 'fun' will start when you find the car. Then what?
