i was watchin an episode of america's wildest police chase and i noticed most of the criminals running form the police were stoped using spike strips ..
so my question is would spike stips make a difference from a regular punture ?? will the criminal keep speeding away??

About a year ago, some guy in a e90 sedan with RFTs was involved in a police chase in Houston. The cops laid out spike strips and it didn't even phase the RFTs one bit. Guy kept on motoring. I forgot how he finally got apprehended but I know it wasn't from the tires being blown out.
