Spent 7 hours at Lexus of Cerritos today....

That place is full of classless, pretencious, pompous, assklowns who have no understanding of the term customer service.
It's no wonder that entire auto square is slowly going out of business...every dealer in square is like that and I should've known better than to even set foot on the lot but something kept telling me to give those dealers another shot....BIG MISTAKE!
I'm so upset, I can't even explain what occurred today...but we went in with the intention of buying an 2010 RX350 and GS350 and they basically pushed us off to the side like we were nobodies.
