Bro i'm telling u that rarely i would pass 200km/h and still rarely i would go below it...
Now it matters how much in % the 1st situation over the last... Cheers...
PS: I'm still curious about the fines.
But what's the expect more since they gave that guy a 300.000euro fine because he lied to the police. Aouch...

Yes i knew most of those rules, some of them wich apply in ALMOST all of EU. The traffic i liked most begun from ?sterreich, Deutschland und Schweizer. It kinda ended in France although there is still a hint of driving rules, respect and so on. In Spain for instance i didn't find the same civilised traffic, also in Italy. There i got flashed many times and honked from time to time, where in the other countries i never flashed or honked and neither i was. Thanks for the construction sites warning. Also i noticed that when braking hard to i dunno, let's say and accident or, stau, or whatever, people hit the hazard lights to warn the others behind that speed is decreased alot.

Here You are with an excerpt from the German "Bussgeldkatalog" (index of fines), which tells exact numbers for the minor misdemeanors and gives an idea, what the judge will say in stronger incidents.
Add money (about double) or a revoked license for hindering or endangering other people, causing an accident,messing around with the police or multiple incidents within a year (multiple means two....):
in towns and cities (also within 30km/h zone, i.e residential areas)
up to 10 km/h 15,- EUR

The exact information i was looking for.
That should be the same speeding fines here, and driving tickets...even thought the medium salary is..well...ashamely small. But that teaches discipline.

Yep. What oyster posted is correct, but as I said earlier, foreign drivers can be given double the fine.
So, drivng on teh Autobahn with 200, instead of 100, will be a 375,- fine plus handling. Those 400.- ? will get doubled to 800.- ? and have to be paid on the spot in cash. Also your license will be revoked in Germany. This means, you are not allowed to drive in Germany for 3 months from teh incident on. Also the German government will inform your government about it, so maybe you get something back home too...
This would be the worst case.
But it could also be a 400.- ? fine only and nothing else...
If you drive up to 20 Km/h more than allowed everything is fine, nothing serious will happen then.

.I'll drive moderately, no doubts about it. There is no reason to simply ask for big trouble.

There was a dude on a motorcycle who was doing 200 Km/h on the left lane of A5 near Frankfurt/Main. He followed a car which he gave handsignals and flashed his light. He also set the blinker to the left. At this time he was right at the bumper of the car, and stayed there for a couple Km's.
He got fined 1800.- ?uro and his license was taken away. If he wants a new one he has to go back to driving school after quite a while.
That is not much if you know what kind of car he was following and trying to pass. It was a police car. A marked police car, doing 180 Km/h with lights and siren turned on, on the way to an accident...
So, for something serious like this, 1800.- ?uro is not bad.
