Speed Control In Denmark

My Ride: 2007 530Xi - Navigation, Premium package, Steptronic.
Seems that Denmark has a problem with control of speed. 70% of the drivers are said to drive over the speed limit. See a video Here: http://www.speedbandits.dk/ which shows a novel approach taken in Denmark to deal with the problem. Note: Not a good thing to watch at work, if you know what I mean.
