It seems odd that a court that adjudicated in your favor would not have a mechanism in place to enforce its decisions.
Also, did this guy press assault charges against you? I'm not sure why he wouldn't given the circumstances. I ask, because I am not sure what the statute of limitations is on these things and if he figures that out, he might. That would set you back more than $500. Might be best to let it go. 2 cents.

Since this kid has Burglary, pocession of firearm, battery, domestic violence, felony for cocain, criminal mischief, and a list of traffic violations and I have nothing other than a few tickets on my record, the police probably leaned in my favor. Just a guess. No he did not press charges against me, I did nothing wrong.
