Here is what happened. Me and two friends are chilling at my apartment's hot tub with some girls and this "guy" comes up smashing beer bottles everywhere(we have no shoes on) and talking shit. So we beat the shit out of him and drive back to my place. Then he keys my car AND calls the cops saying we beat him up. He admitted to keying my car and I pressed charges on him. Thats how I know his address and name. Otherwise I dont know him.
Any suggestions?

Ya whatever, I call BS. You say you know him and then dont know him. Then you say you beat the shit out of him and he fingers you to the cops and yet he gets arrested for keying your car.
