Someone keyed my car

My Ride: 05' 545i Sport Sapphire Black
So someone keyed my car. Long story short, I called the police, I knew who it was, they admitted to it, he was charged AND I took him to court and sued him for $541 (cost of repainting one door). He had until last month to pay me, of course I never hear anything from him. So I called the state attorney and they said that they put a warrant out for his arrest but there is nothing they can do about it.
Any ideas how I can get my money?
