I never cease to be amazed at how some people can act like animals....My guess is much of this comes from poor parenting, insecurity, and ego.

People these days are fucked and have no respect!!! I parked my M5 in a Lawyers parking lot across from my girlfriends apartment downtown London, thinking it was okay next to a really nice building with security. Some douchemonkey in the middle of the night,walked on my hood onto my sunroof and then jumped off . The dirt on the assholes shoes left scratches on my hood and roof. I WAS SO PISSED..

You should call the cops the INSTANT someone gets out of the car to approach you. Period. Well, if you feel they are being aggressive - I'm not talking about a hot chick asking for directions here 
But seriously, you shouldn't have even gotten out of your car. First, this guy was obviously intoxicated. Second, he got out of his car AND (that's third, for those who's counting) he spat on your car. But you see, when someone starts trying to f*ck with you like this, you have to always assume the worst and keep in mind that there are lots of litigious people out there who see a kid in a nice Bimmer and think "LAW SUIT!" and try to start some sh*t ... anyway, my point is: ALWAYS COVER YOUR ASS 
PS and don't let stuff like this get to you. I know you're a young fellar and got them hormones flowing and stuff, but keep your cool - it pays

wow kudos that you held back when he spit on your car.. thats tough enough.. let alone him being an asshole (understatement).. im sure he felt like the real loser, but i give you credit. i dontk know how i would react if someone did that to me.

Thanks guys the guy looked like a toole whool. He had a tattoo on his neck piercings just a weird looking man. Maybe he was trying to steal the S550, I just looked like a little kid sitting in the car lol. I am only 5"6 (Still growing!).
